Julie creates original hanging and embedded stone art for custom designs and by passion.

 

As a Seattle resident, some of her pieces showcase sailboats, ocean scenes, wildlife, and beautiful Washington landscapes. Julie has been working with stone for about five years; previously she enjoyed painting with oil-based paints and watercolors. Julie’s organic imagery led her to stone as a medium. She uses the stone’s existing beauty, working its unique markings into her subjects.
